A: At HALM, we do not offer standalone sessions. Every member begins with a structured, results-focused program. This includes personal training, nutrition support, body composition tracking, access to our cardio zone, and other exclusive member benefits. Pricing varies depending on the length of your program, training frequency, and session timing. We will walk you through everything during your consultation.

A: You will be welcomed for a private tour of the villa, meet your potential coach, and sit down for a focused conversation about your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. It is a thoughtful consultation designed to give you clarity, and help us understand how best to support your long-term success.

A: Most programs begin 2-4 weeks after your application. We keep availability limited so we can properly align your schedule and ensure you have the dedicated space, support, and experience from day one.

A: Not at all. Whether you are new or advanced, your program is designed around your current level and goals.
