A: Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely is recommended. Grip socks are required during reformer sessions for stability and hygiene. The HALM Concept Boutique sell Grippd socks and activewear by Reverve if needed.

A: Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged. For any changes to your booking, please contact our Concierge team.
