If you are new to HALM, you can begin with a Discovery Session, a one-time introductory private Reformer session designed to help you experience the training style and meet your instructor before committing to a package.
A: Private Reformer sessions at HALM are offered through packages and pricing depends on the structure and duration selected.

A: 705 Jumeirah Beach Road - a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Complimentary Valet Parking is available.
A: Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely is recommended. Grip socks are required during reformer sessions for stability and hygiene. The HALM Concept Boutique sells Grippd socks and activewear by Reverve if needed.
A: Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged. For any changes to your booking, please contact our Concierge team.
A: Our private Reformer sessions may incorporate additional equipment such as the Tower, Chair, and ARC. These tools allow us to add variety, challenge, and support depending on your goals. By combining different pieces of equipment within your sessions, we create a more dynamic and personalised experience that evolves as you progress. Accessories such as dumbbell weight, ball, ring and bands can be maybe used.
