A: Yes. Your coach will create two personalised programs that match each of your goals and fitness levels. You will be training together, but progressing on your own path.

A: You will certainly still receive personalised coaching and guidance in every session but it is important to know that 1:1 training offers a deeper level of focus, especially if your goals, fitness levels, or experience are very different. In those cases, we often recommend starting with 1:1 before transitioning to 2:1 to ensure a strong foundation for both clients.

A: At HALM, we do not offer standalone sessions. Every member begins with a structured, results-focused program. This includes personal training, nutrition support, body composition tracking, access to our cardio zone, and other exclusive member benefits. Pricing varies depending on the length of your program, training frequency, and session timing. We will walk you through everything during your consultation.

A: You will both be welcomed for a private tour of the villa, meet your potential coach, and sit down for a focused conversation about your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. It’s a thoughtful consultation designed to give you clarity, and help us understand how best to support your long-term success..

A: Most programs begin 2-4 weeks after your application. We keep availability limited so we can properly align your schedule and ensure you have the dedicated space, support, and experience from day one.
